Actions

区别于 mutation :

Action 提交的是 mutation，而不是直接变更状态。
Action 可以包含任意异步操作。

组合 Action

store.dispatch 可以处理被触发的 action 的处理函数返回的 Promise，并且 store.dispatch 仍旧返回 Promise
